Licences for all Telexy software except SymSMB
could be easily transferred via Licence Transfer link available at each Product Page.
If you are the registered owner of SymSMB licence please follow the suggested below instructions on how to transfer your SymSMB licence to another phone if needed.
Purchasing a new device? Got phone replaced by manufacturer?
No problem, now you can transfer your license from one device to another!
You can do it any number of times, however... it is free only once per last 12 months. The rest is for half of a regular product price.

Your right for discounted product upgrades to a newer versions (if any) will be transferred to a new device as well!
To Initiate Licence Transfer process please do the following.
A. Create Email message for Licence Transfer request.
This message should be sent from the same Email address that is registered with the existing license
(for security reasons no other Email address can be used).
B. In the created Email copy/paste the following Subject line: SymSMB - Licence Transfer request. [TNSYM101]
C. Include the following information in your Email (please copy/paste it and fill it up):
1. Purchased SymSMB version: ____
2. Are you sending this message from the same Email address that was registered with SymSMB Licence? Yes / No
3. OLD phone IMEI number: ____
4. NEW phone IMEI number: ____
5. NEW phone model: ____
6. Reason for this Licence Transfer request: ____
7. Was this SymSMB licence transferred during the last 12 months? Yes / No
8. If you wish to use another EMail address registered with NEW licence,
please place it here, otherwise leave it blank: ____
D. Double check that all information is correct and send this email to support@telexy.com
E. If you are qualify for Free licence transfer, then usually the licence could be transferred in 12 to 48 hours during business days. If you are not qualify for Free licence transfer, then you will receive Email with suggested further options.
