General FAQ for Symbian S60 3rd and 5th software from Telexy.
If you are not receiving Email from Telexy then chances are that one of the following is going on.
1. Many email systems are using quite aggressive Spam filters.
Sometimes email system automatically filters your incoming email messages.
You should check your junk mail box or spam/bulk folders.
Probably you need to reset your filters to receive emails from telexy.com.
2. Some Email systems are limiting the total size for Emails that are allowed to keep in the system.
In this case if Mail Box is full then user will not be able to receive any new messages.
3. Your original Email went to the SPAM. It could happend if your Email:
- is not written in English;
- does not have Subject line in English language;
- does not have Subject line at all (empty Subject line);
- does not have informative Subject line (for example: Hi, Hello, Help, Please read, Urgent, Re);
- does not have Subject line related to Telexy or to Telexy's software.
4. Your Email provider is not delivering Email properly.

In this case it is advisable to use another Email address for communication with Telexy.
If you don't have another Email account, we recommend to use GMail, the Email service from Google.
